```Duties```
- Manage all aspects of the company's financial records and transactions
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Handle payroll processing, including calculating wages, deductions, and taxes
- Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies or errors in financial records
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management for decision-making purposes
```Qualifications```
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a full charge bookkeeper or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Quicken, Xero, or similar accounting software
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Solid understanding of general ledger reconciliation, debits, credits, and journal entries
- Familiarity with accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
- Ability to perform 10-key typing accurately and efficiently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
