We are looking for a seasonal indoor/outdoor Cultivation Tech to work at the beautiful Oregrown Campus.
The ideal candidate will be a hard worker and self-motivated to maintain a clean and sterile work environment.
They will be able to take direction and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
At least 1 year of previous cultivation experience is required.
Starting pay is $17 per hour, which can increase to $18 after proving capability for performing all required daily tasks.
*Responsibilities:*
General cultivation tasks that include but are not limited to plant care and post harvest tasks:
* Cleaning and sanitation
* Assisting with harvest
* Watering plants
* Assisting with transplanting
* Assisting with plant defoliation
* Following all rules & regulations as instructed by manager
*Requirements:*
* Must have OLCC Marijuana Workers permit
* Must be able to lift 50lb regularly
* Ability to work indoor and outdoor, where temperatures fluctuate
* Must have reliable transportation
* Cannabis experience preferred but not necessary
* Hard worker and team-player attitude is a must
