*OVERVIEW*
The Warehouse Crew will assist with all daily operations of the warehouse and report directly to the General Manager.
The position will mainly work in the warehouse receiving and organizing incoming inventory, assembling furniture, processing claims, and scheduling deliveries but may occasionally work in the retail store as well.
The position typically works an 8 hour shift between the hours of 8am and 7pm, Monday through Friday with rare Saturdays and an occasional morning all-staff meeting.
We are closed Sundays.
*Duties*
* Receive, organize, process incoming inventory and special orders
* Process and track claims for damaged items
* Unpack and assemble furniture for showroom floor and customers
* Schedule deliveries to customers and retail store
* Schedule incoming shipments
* Friendly and professional interaction with customers and co-workers
* Coordinate efforts toward business goals
* Work and communicate well with other managers for smooth management of the business
* Lift and move furniture on a daily basis; stand and move around the warehouse with ease
* Be cross-trained in retail store duties
*Skills and Qualifications*

HS Diploma
* Forklift experience a plus
* Excellent customer service
* Ability to learn and use inventory tracking software, databases, Google Drive
* Ability to drive cargo truck
