LaPaw Animal Hospital has an exciting new opportunity for a Certified Veterinary Technician.
This is a great opportunity for experienced CVTs who are looking to be utilized orthopedic and soft tissue surgeries and anesthesia.
We're looking for a CVT with 5+ years’ experience who has current, hands-on experience and is knowledgeable in surgery operations and orthopedics.
Candidates must be team-oriented, have excellent attention to detail, and a passion for veterinary medicine.

This role will directly support Dr.
Trevor Miller, who specializes in orthopedic surgery (including fracture repairs, TTA, patella luxation repairs) and soft tissue surgery.
Dr.
Miller’s schedule is split between appointments and surgery, and he’s in-clinic Mondays and Tuesdays.
All other days this role will support our other Associate DVMs.
While we do see exotic patients, while supporting Dr.
Miller, all surgical procedures are exclusively small animal patients.
To be considered for this role, candidates must be efficient with monitoring anesthesia.
Knowledge of proper scrubbing, ventilator, and epidurals is a plus, but not required for consideration.
