Cascade Crest Transitions is seeking a full-time therapist to join our dynamic and innovative team in Bend, Oregon.
Cascade Crest Transitions is a therapeutic young adult program, located in the heart of downtown Bend, Oregon.
With a three-pronged approach on developing independent living skills, supporting academic/vocational pursuits, and therapeutic personal growth, Cascade Crest Transitions creates meaningful relationships and lasting change in the young adults and families we serve.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual, group therapy, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
- Assess clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health research and treatment methodologies.
- Additional opportunities to participate in program development, recreate with students, and bring your passions to our community.
Requirements:
- Candidates must have a license or be license eligible within three months in the State of Oregon as a social worker, counselor, MFT, or psychologist.
- Experience working in residential and/or outdoor therapeutic programs- Demonstrate awareness and relational skills at maintaining professional referral relationships.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
