Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is looking for ambitious Shipping and Receiving Clerks to join our busy parts team! As we continue to expand, we are searching for candidates who have a positive attitude, great work ethic, and a passion for providing an exceptional customer experience!
Schedule: 7 am to 4 pm-Monday through Friday.
Pay: Scale depending on experience: $17-$20 hourly.
Growth = Opportunity! This is an entry level position.
Ideal candidate would be someone wanting to continue to learn and achieve more with us in the auto industry.

What you’ll do:
Establish and maintain good working relationship with wholesale and retail customers.
Assist all customers promptly and professionally.
Assist the Parts Advisor as needed
Maintain parts inventory, recording the location and maintain special order bins.
Maintain a detailed delivery log when handling returns and funds.
Assist in physical parts inventory annually.
Deliver parts to technicians when necessary.
Answer telephone and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Sweep floors and empty trash containers daily and maintain parts department.
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Automotive dealership service experience is a plus
Valid Driver's License-Required
Forklift Certified or willing to be trained to be
A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
Working knowledge of computers

High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence necessary for select roles.
