*Principle Duties and Responsibilities*
* Effectively assist in the performance of water damage, mold, and emergency board-up services the company offers
* Perform Crawl Space & Attic work as needed
* Communicate effectively with customers
* Perform basic equipment maintenance
* Complete daily job progress reports
* Complete appropriate restoration documentation
* Maintain appropriate chemical inventory
* Maintain on call rotation as needed
*Additional Duties and Responsibilities*
* Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools and materials for company vehicles
* Basic building maintenance
*Decision Rights and Authority*
* Anticipate Service Specialists next step and provide appropriate tools, materials and supplies
*EDUCATION*:
* High School (or GED) diploma
* Math skills-ability to apply learned techniques to determine appropriate amounts of chemicals and supplies.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test along with a criminal background check and have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
