Therapists at our practice make their own schedules and have the autonomy of a private practice with the support, guidance, supervision and office staff of a group.
Clinicians are asked to see a minimum of 15 clients each week, but have the flexibility to see more if they would like.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual therapy sessions using evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities.
- Assess clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, psychologists, and primary care providers to provide comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including coding for billing purposes.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field.
- Valid state licensure or certification as a mental health therapist or ability to apply for one.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients of diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

While there is opportunity for remote work, it is *not a remote position* and requires in-office days.

Pay: $87,500.
