High school diploma or GED.
Current Oregon driver's license and auto insurance.
Responsibilities Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside.
Support clients with personal care and hygiene.
Plan and prepare nutritious meals.
Assist clients with shopping and errands.
Perform light housekeeping duties.
Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment properly.
Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA protocol.
