*Responsibilities of Qualified Dental Hygienists to include but not limited to:*
· Assess overall oral health.
· Document dental history and chief complaints, lab procedures, and ensures follow up on results.
· Schedules re-care specific to individual patient's needs.
· Complete and maintain oral hygiene procedures in accordance with treatment plans prescribed by the attending Dentist.
· Prophylaxis, Periodontal Scaling, Root Planning, Debridement, Application of Fluoride Treatments and Sealants.
*Experience and Education:*
· Associate’s Degree from ADA accredited dental hygiene school; Current State Licensure; CPR Certification; Preferred 1+years dental experience.
· Certified in anesthesia and/or sedation, if appropriate
· Average computer skills and comfortable with Dental Software
Hours: Monday – Thursday 7:30am – 5:00pm
