We are now seeking an Internal Medicine Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with at least 1 year Internal Medicine experience who would like the opportunity to join a thriving, outpatient practice within a provider-led, patient-first and people-centric environment.
In this role, you will provide direct patient care, discuss patient symptoms and concerns, perform thorough examinations and history to diagnose medical issues, prescribe medication and create treatment plans in a compassionate and individualized manner.
We emphasize preventative care as well as managing chronic medical conditions for a wide range of patients from young adult to geriatric.
