Cascade Child and Family Center is seeking a part or full time mental health therapist to join a small team of psychiatrists, NPs and therapists.
Since 2013, we have been multi-disciplinary services to support, educate and empower children and families living with the challenges of mental health disorders.
We are growing our clinical team to meet the increased demand for care in Central Oregon.
Candidates for this position will have the following qualifications:
* Independently licensed – LCSW, LPC, LMFT.
Exceptional CSWAs or interns will be considered.
In-house supervision can be provided in house for CSWAs, MFTs, and LPCIs.
* Able to pass a background check
* Experience and skill in working with children, youth, and families.
* Willing to collaborate with an incredible medical staff, and coordinate care with providers to provide the best care possible for clients.
* Experience in clinical documentation, including professional and competent documenting of progress notes, assessments, and treatment plans.
Job Description
* Complete intake assessments
* Provide individual and family counseling
* Complete documentation in a timely fashion
* Complete and update treatment plans as needed
* Coordinate care within and outside of small multi-disciplinary team
* Provide appropriate referrals when necessary.
* Participate in all staff meetings, and provider meetings to discuss care coordination and case consultations.
* Maintain licensure and adhere to all Oregon state and national board certification requirements
* Comply and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines.
Ideal candidates will possess advanced training and experience in a psychotherapeutic specialty, IE: ERP, theraplay, EMDR, IFS, Somatic Experiencing, sand tray, perinatal mental health, PCIT, TFCBT, etc.
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $72,500.
00 - $97,500.
