THE DAY-TO-DAY
Engage with and guide clients in a prompt, positive and compassionate manner
Use provided training and Help Portal to continuously grow in knowledge and experience, becoming a Subject Matter Specialist able to coach fellow team members and clients alike
Draw on team and/or supervisor’s knowledge as necessary on challenging cases
Maintain detailed information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
Be familiar with and able to offer peripherals and services that will benefit the client
