Looking for bass player

Established band here, rhythm guitarist and lead vocals and drummer.
We are in our 30’s looking to grow into something significant.
looking for skilled bass player to fill in to play for gigs, some practice but more fill in on gigs, and would be paid.
We will be Playing small3r events this summer Brewery’s etc Practices would be 3-4 sessions before going live For the right bassist Influences are sublime, Allen stone, g love Jack Johnson, little hip hop and rage The green, Bob Marley, modest.
