Roommates pay utilities: Gas, Garbage, Water, Sewer, Internet, Electricity (~$100 each per month).
The kitchen and shared living spaces are currently furnished.
We’re open to a few new pieces of furniture but have just about everything we need.
New roommate will need to furnish their bedroom.
(We currently have a mattress, bed frame, dresser and a desk that you can keep if needed)

• Keeps busy golfing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, camping, surfing and enjoys anything outside.

• Works full time (1-2 days at home[Finance])
• Enjoys staying busy skiing, mountain biking, golf, playing pool, cooking a meal at home, hiking… pretends to like camping.
Roommate #3—
• Possibly you!
We’re both laid back and prefer our home to be clean, peaceful and drama-free.
We split household responsibilities equitably and expect our new roommate to communicate their needs/requests without hesitation.
You can find one or both of us having a quiet night on the couch or out socializing/enjoying the outdoors on evenings/weekends.
We occasionally have friends stop-by and host a small gathering ~once per quarter tops.
Please no children, live-in significant other(s), or pets.
Due to our current lease, this is a hard requirement.
