Lots of off-road parking, laundry in house, garden and greenhouses.

The bathroom is semi-private, meaning that it is the main bath but it's mostly for the person renting this room.
The other bedroom has a private bath.
Please be mindful of good communication and cleaning up after yourself.
We recycle and are respectful of property and each other.
I am a mature woman and the other occupant is an employed, respectful male.
I live mostly next door in my garage apartment.
There is a hypo-allergenic cat on the premises.
A pet is considered, with deposits, but I'm not anxious to take on any pet that may present problems.
