*What You Will Do:* * Manage construction projects, mainly custom homes, from start to finish with minimal supervision.
* Coordinate with trade partners, vendors, and clients, ensuring smooth communication and project success.
* Utilize Procore extensively for project management, coupled with strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Sage 100 Contractor, MS Teams and other related software.
* Oversee project budgets, change orders, and schedules, ensuring all job sites reflect our high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
*Who We Are Looking For:* * *Experienced and Detail-Oriented*: With at least 5 years in construction project management, your detail-oriented approach and construction industry knowledge will thrive here.

Candidates should be prepared for: On-Site Mobility: Frequent walking, standing, climbing, and navigating through construction sites in various stages of development.
Office Work: Ability to perform moderate amounts of office work, including prolonged periods of sitting and computer use to manage project documentation, planning, and communication.
Manual Dexterity: Handling, examining, and carrying construction materials and documents, as well as operating office equipment.
Visual and Auditory Acuity: Must be able to read detailed documents and plans, discern construction site sounds, and adequately view computer screens.
Environmental Exposure: Willingness to work in various outdoor weather conditions and typical office settings.
Exposure to construction site noise and dust as well as standard office environment.
Driving: Regular travel to job sites within Central Oregon requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive for moderate periods.
Travel: Must have the capability to travel to different job sites and office locations as needed, involving both short and extended trips.
