Sierra James is seeking an experienced remodel/restoration Project Manager to work in our very busy restoration/repairs division.
The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of remodel project management experience.
Familiarity with insurance claim-based restoration work is a plus.
Our client base ranges from low income housing to high-end custom homes and light commercial.
You will be part of a team that includes a dedicated estimator, project coordinator, field carpenters, and a superior base of subcontractors.
We have one of the most experienced staffs in the restoration industry, from top to bottom, and operate as a team.

* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
* Knowledge of building codes, building best practices, and a eye for fit and finish; the ability to hold others accountable for the quality of their work

* Understanding of budgets and margins
* Able to direct a team and to receive direction
