Join our growing team today! We are currently looking for dedicated Paving Laborer to join our skilled team in Bend, Oregon.
Responsibilities: - Raking, shoveling and placement of asphalt - General cleanup of equipment and jobsite - Learn to operate equipment - Jobsite prep - Perform assigned tasks on paving crew as directed - Follow Knife River’s safety policy Minimum Qualifications: - Ability to bend, stoop, lift, push, pull and be on your feet for long periods of time, in all weather conditions - A positive attitude and willingness to work with others as a team member - Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, physical exam and drug screen Preferred, but not required: - Background in asphalt paving or civil construction - Class A CDL with tank and air brake endorsements Knife River will train you to get your CDL and pay you your normal hourly wage during the training process.
