We live on the North End of Bend 1 mile from town but have a quite rural setting.
Rv must be in Good condition and subject to approval.
No wood burning fires on property but propane BBQ or electric is acceptable.
Also no smoking on the property.
Will rent on short term at $65 per night with 3 night minimum.
We are asking $950 per month rental with minimal electric use, if you are using electricity for most of your heat or air-conditioning, then we would need to add on to the rent.
We strongly encourage propane heat.
We are a quite family and appreciate our quite space, as you will also, therefore please no party people.
We have enjoyed the traveling nurses we have rented to in the past.
One indoor pet allowed.
