We are renting our 2 bedroom 2 bath condo.
It is completly furnished with the most top of the line products.
Everything is brand new as is this condo.
There is 3 lcd's, front load washer/dryer, espresso machine, BBQ, gas fire pit, patio heater, entire set of cookware, dishes, etc.
Again, it is all top of the line.
One bedroom has a king size bed and the other has a queen sleeper sofa and twin bunk beds.
There is also an aerobed for you to use with a complete sheet set.

Weekend rates are $99 per night and are $119 Fri-Sun night
There is a cleaning fee of $109 charged.
Taxes charged
You will have access to all the eagle crest facilities.
Our place is located right across the tennis courts and 100 yards away from the newest workout facility.
Summer rates start 6/1 and are $119 Monday-Thursday and $149 Friday-Sunday.
Also summer rates are applicable during the week of spring break, thanksgiving, Christmas and any other holiday events days and weekends
There is no pets/smoking allowed.
