Let me buy your house if it’s financed with FHA or USDA (Bend)

Hi, I am looking for someone that bought their home in the last five years that has an FHA or USDA mortgage on it.
Also, you’d have to owe most of what it’s worth.
My family is looking to move to Bend.
We are professionals, have three kids at home.
We need a home that is at least 1700 or more square feet.
Preferably, 2200 +.
If you feel stuck like you can’t sell, maybe we can help you.
We would be getting a mortgage btw.
Or if you want to owner finance or lease option (possibly) that may be a possibility too.
We preferably want to move late spring, early summer but for the right opportunity we could move sooner.
