Looking to buy house or land on 1 acre or more(possible cash for land) (any)

I am looking to buy a home with at least 3 bedrooms on at least 1 acre for my family, but more acreage would be better.
We are trying to relocate after a house fire.
I am also considering land on at least 1 acre that we can build on or put a manufactured home on, but more acreage would be preferred.
We can go up to $450,000 on a house, and we can go up to around $200.
000 for land if it has a well and septic.
If if needs more development, it would need to be a lower price.
