Seeking rental on horse property (Bend)

Looking for rental on horse property (acreage fenced in with horse shelter).
It's me, my fiancé, our 2 dogs, 2 cats and horse.
Budget is $2k ideally but flexible depending on the place.
We are looking for a private home on land to settle for the next couple years while we save to buy.
Preferably without any other tenants on the land.
As close to Bend as possible but flexible for the right situation.
