Clinical Unit Coordinator

Support the Medical Assistants with voicemails, computer tasks and paperwork.
Assist the Patient Services and Scheduling teams.
Document patient phone calls in electronic medical record.
Maintain office supply inventory.
Daily collection and internal delivery of outgoing mail, Fed Ex and UPS packages.
Skills: Exceptional customer service skills Strong computer skills.
Experience in a medical office setting and knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision, exercising independent judgment within stated guidelines.
Ability to work as part of a team as well as a productive individual contributor Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
